D.Ed is a 2 year certificate-level course in education that enables an aspirant to become nursery school teacher. D.Ed course aims to provide government schools with the knowledge of teaching in primary schools. The course duration varies from 1-3 years that depends upon the the institute you have applied in.
To pursue your career with a D.Ed course, you should possess a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2 from a recognized board or university. Though, the eligibility criteria may differ from college to college you are applying for admissions. D.Ed covers both theory and practical subjects that includes cognitive and behavioural skills, criticism lessons and alike.
D.Ed or Diploma in Education is a course that trains you to get eligible for nursery teaching. This course is basically a job oriented course and it usually caters the elementary level education in India. The course curriculum is generally divided into 2 semesters including both practical and theory papers. D.Ed course can be pursued both full time and part time.

Qualification required to get eligible for a D.Ed course is to possess an aggregate of 50% in your 10+2 from a recognised board or university. There’s a 5% relaxation for SC/ST and physically disabled categories.
